A Starving Artist Beverage

I haven't had any recipes on here lately, so I thought I'd throw one your way.

Ingredients:

• two bags of tea (I used mango)
• couple shots of vodka (adjust based on cup size and desired level of intoxication)
• french vanilla coffee creamer (optional)

Do It!

• brew the tea as you normally would with boiling water -- let it cool/steep for about 10 minutes
• add in ice as desired
• pour in vodka
• add in creamer (optional)

You might think this sounds disgusting, but it actually wasn't. If I'd had cranberry juice or any juice for that matter, I would have never thought to mix tea with vodka. It was interesting...

LOST & Blood Diamond

I hate to seem like a downer this week, but I'm finished watching LOST. They just pulled the last episode completely out of their asses. Now, next week is going to be another bullshit love triangle.

Watched Blood Diamond earlier tonight. I felt good about the film in general for putting a band-aid on awareness, but I didn't learn anything I didn't already know. Also, it was full of the obligatory unnecessary romance, lovey, love angles -- another example of a movie gone on a bit too long. We could have figured out the happily ever after. Thanks.
